I have just updated the Trixbrix Track Library for Bluebrick to Version 1.6.1.

The new version includes parts for the supercool new Trixbrix Bridges.

Trixbrix offers these bridges in different basic and extension sets. The basic bridge is 4 segments long, which equals standard straights (4 x 16 = 64 studs) long. Plastic molded tracks are included.

There is an extension kit that extends the 4-span bridge by another 2 segments. You can also combine two or more bridges with a “bridge link” kit.

The Trixbrix system is super flexible and allows for any number of standard straights as the effective bridge length. To support this flexibility, I designed only two parts for Bluebrick: a bridge head, and a bridge section.

A bridge always starts and ends with a bridge head. Between the heads, any number of bridge section can be placed. This allows for all possible bridge lengths.

Find instructions of how to download Bluebrick and install the Trixbrix Track Library here.

When I have some time, I will try to fit the Trixbrix bridge with some motors and connect it to the MattzoBridgeController. This way, the bridge will be movable and integrates perfectly in layouts that are automated with MattzoControllers. Enjoy!
